Services Terms
The Digistat Corporation offers its clients Phone Support
and Remote assistance.
These services are provided at
current Digistat Tech. support Rates.
Unless you have an overriding maintenance agreement with
us.
Requesting services constitute acceptance of these rates.
If you are unsure about these rates or not authorized to
accept these terms,
DO NOT REQUEST SUPPORT! (See Rates Below)
Digistat Corp. makes every effort to resolve each Support
Request.
We, however, can not guarantee resolution to every problem.
We only provide services for the allotted time you pay for.
You must state in advance if there is a maximum time or
budget limit,
otherwise services will continue until problem is resolved
or our technician determines that the problem can not
resolved through these means.
IF YOU REQUEST SERVICES, WE EXPECT PAYMENT - Regardless of
outcome.
Digistat Corp. Is not liable for any lost or damaged data or
system corruption.
You are responsible to ensure that your system and data is
backed up.
Services Rates
Effective January 1st 2006
Phone and remote assistance services are billed at $50.00
per half hour block. Services are purchased in half hour
blocks. Once a support block is activated it must be used
with-in that business day. Blocks activated near the end of
a business day my be carried over to the next business day
only at the discretion of the Digistat Corp. technician
Support contracts/bulk support service agreements are
available. You must purchase these in advance, any services
provided prior to purchase of a support contract will be
billed at standard rates.

Contact Digistat Corp. to receive a support time and
connection password.
Then download and run our Remote Assistance Client. Remote

If prompted by the Microsoft or Other Firewall Allow inbound
and outbound data for this application.
